We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

 

We offer refunds ONLY in the case of a manufacturing defect or damaged item.

Refunds are not accepted for:

• Size or fit issues
• Change of mind
• Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Lingerie items for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video showing the defect

Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Lingerie and intimate apparel (unless defective)
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
