Lingerie Sets
Our lingerie sets are carefully handmade and require additional craftsmanship. The estimated delivery time for lingerie sets is 10–14 days, including production and shipping.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer standard shipping at no additional cost. Standard delivery is included in the price of all products.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our garments are made to order, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or quality issues.
If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
If an item does not fit or is not suitable for you, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal value. The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, exchanged lingerie items must not show any signs of wear and must include all original tags and protective liners.
